Creating Out-of-the -Box F&B Concepts Launch of the NJ Group Brand Experience & service Standards have been created for NJ Group F&B restaurants to embody in the service Experience they share with their guests. NJ Group aspires to make everything easy for Everyone Everyday- everything we do comes from the heart, with creativity, confidence and sincerity.The NJ logo is build on 4 E’s to represent our enthusiastic effort and energy to create enjoyable and easy experiences for everyone (our customers, our employees, and our community) every day. These standards will from a basis for NJ Group to create new out-of-the-box F&B concepts as they gear up the current organisation to become a successful Group of Companies known around the world.


Expanding into New Frontiers Adding to the legacy, in january 2019, Relish by NJ Group a Food Boutique opened inside Ascott Residences Raffles Singapore one of the 55 years old Heritage buildings and was the tallest building in SEA once upon a time.


Singapore Quality Class (SQC) is a scheme to recognise organisations that have attained a commendable level of performance in the journey to achieve World class Standards of excellence. The BE initiative was first introduced in 1994 as a recognition programme to streng then Singapore organisations capabilities and instil the mindset of organisational excellence.


Launch of COBIE the friendly Food Butler with innovation and serving guests in mind, COBIN was introduced to cali park Avenue Rochester , allowing guests to look forward to being served their World-Cuisine to their table or their hotel room by a friendly robot butler. First of its type in the F&B industry.

2014 UNTIL 2017

Launched at international restaurant under the name “cali” inside the park Avenue Rochester Hotel in 2014. The second store, “Cali” at Holland village opened in 2016 at Alfresco destination targeting the young expats of the holland village area. The third Cali outlet with new Cali indentity inside the park Avenue Changi Hotel, opened in 2017. completely different F&B busness model where we provide the Breakfast, In room dining service, Banquet services to the hotel guests of more than 350 rooms at Rochester and 280 plus room for Changi Busness park hotel guests together with serving lunce and dinner to the nearby expats population.

2010 UNTIL 2013

Launched a variety of indian Restaurants under the name of “Namastaey india” in little india at two defferent locations and “Ambrosia” a Mediterranean restaurants with shisha bar in Arab areas in Singapore.


Leaving behind the Corporate Life and launching the indian vegetarian Food Stall in SMU (Singapore management university) From humble beginnings, our founder Neelendra left his corporate career Working at Multinational. Organizations like GE, SABIC and shell, to pursue his love of food. He brought with him the 21 years of qaulity experience that prepared him for the trials and tribulations of becoming a successful entrepreneur. This marked the beginning of an exciting journey with a dream of bringing forth innovative solutions to the F&B industry.
